HOW LONG UNTIL MY LAUNDRY IS READY?
Most orders are ready within 24 hours. We'll send you a text when it's done and waiting for pickup.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
Yes, our minimum is 10 lbs - roughly one medium laundry basket.
WHAT DETERGENT DO YOU USE?
We use hypoallergenic, commercial-grade detergent. Let us know if you have a preference or allergy.
IS MY LAUNDRY SECURE?
Absolutely! All finished orders are stored in a labeled, secure area. Just check in at the counter to grab yours.
DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?
No appointment needed. Just walk in during business hours and drop your laundry off with the staff at the counter.
HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM PICKUP & DELIVERY?
Same great wash, dry & fold service - but you drop off and pick up yourself, saving $.50 per pound.
